Each ScotsTee item is handcrafted to order. Tartan is printed and pressed onto our premium fabrics before being cut into individual panels and sewn together by our skilled sewing team.
Once the sewing is finished, the garments must be finished before they can be shipped.
- Trimming - All loose threads on the garment are removed.
- Quality Assurance - All garments are inspected to ensure they meet our high standards of quality.
- Pressing - To ensure that the finished product is of the highest quality, all garments are pressed using an industrial steam press.
- Bagging - The garments are then folded, bagged, counted, and ready for shipment.
