Scotstee Shop ships Worldwide
The order before being shipped has to go through the manufacturing process (printing and sewing) and it takes some time (usually from 2 to 3 business days).
Note: In many areas Saturday and Sunday delivery may be available. If weekend delivery is available to your destination, it will be specified on the product page and/or during checkout. Delivery estimates for uncounted shipments to destinations that don’t have weekend delivery are based on 5 - 7 business days transit times, not including Saturday or Sunday.
PRODUCTION TIME
You can change the order details (change size, color, quantity) or cancel the order within the first 12 hours.
We typically take about 5-14 business days to make and ship out your product, depending on the type of product.
The detailed time frame for production correspondence with the products group is as below (not including shipping time):

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Note: Standard Shipping takes approximately 2-3 weeks to arrive, and Express Shipping takes 7-10 days (not including production time). Once the package is shipped out, it entirely relies on a third party: the courier.
In case you want to change the shipping method, please kindly contact Customer Support Team to know how to charge the additional shipping fee.
We apologize if after 60 days of purchase and you still have not received the product, please contact us immediately, this case is prioritized handling.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Once you’ve clicked through to Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We rely on a global network of shipping partners (UPS, FedEx, DHL) as well as local postal services (USPS) to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. For this reason, tracking is not always available.
If your order is being sent by a traceable service, these details will be included on the shipping email we send you.
DO YOU DELIVER TO APO, FPO AND DPO ADDRESSES?
Yes; however, due to the nature of these services, it may take more than 45 business days to receive your order. If possible, we recommend using a civilian address. Please make sure to write a detailed and valid shipping address while placing the order.

WHERE DOES MY ORDER SHIP FROM?
Our fulfilment partners each manufacture specific products and service particular parts of the world. We ensure your goodies will be printed in the most convenient location for your delivery address, ensuring fast and affordable shipping services!
ORDER TRACKING
As soon as the order is shipped, a tracking code will automatically be sent to you to track the shipping process, please check your email and Facebook inbox provided in your order. In case you cannot find your tracking code, you can check it here
WHY ISN'T THE TRACKING DATA SHOWING ON YOUR TRACKING NUMBER?
Tracking code may take up to 7 days for US order (and up to 10 days for other countries order) after an order has been processed for tracking data to show.
DUTIES & CUSTOM
The value and shipping information is printed on a sticker on the outside of the package when your order is shipped. However, duties and taxes are calculated and changed by customs officials in your country. As such, they are beyond our control. As the importer of record, you are responsible for duties, taxes and any other charges that your country chooses to impose for the import.
As charges are individually assessed by your country's officials upon import, we are unable to provide an estimate on how much you may be charged for customs. Charges vary from case to case. Instead, please try contacting the customs officials in your country to get a better idea of what the customs charges might be for your order.
PACKAGE RETURNED TO SENDER – WRONG ADDRESS
Orders that will be tagged as returned to sender due to the wrong address will be destroyed by the courier or charge Scotstee for custom tax duties and another shipping fee once we confirm to ship it back to our production facility. Therefore, Scotstee will only shoulder 50% of the total amount of the product cost as a refund credit back to your account.
If your tracking says your package was delivered but you did not receive it or the package is missing, it is your responsibility to first contact your local USPS carrier to report the issue concerning your stolen/lost/undelivered parcel. Once you have contacted the Post office concerning your stolen/lost/undelivered parcel, please email us at: support@scotstee.com along with your open case number from the shipping carrier for the lost package and we will work with you to see if we will need to re-send your order or issue a refund on a case-by case basis.
PACKAGE RETURNED TO SENDER – CUSTOM FEES NOT PAID
Orders that will be tagged as returned to sender due to custom fees not paid, Scotstee will only shoulder 50% of the total amount as a refund credit back to your account.
