• Area Rugs with high-tech graphic prints, vibrant designs, and colors make the entire look modern and chic.
• We will fold and curl the rugs for transportation purposes, so the products you receive will have some creases. These folds will disappear after a period of use, and the quality of is unaffected by this process.

• Tip: Buying 2 products or more at the same time will save you quite a lot on shipping fees.
• How Long Will It Take To Receive The Orders?

 All our products are print-on-demand and customizable, meaning your product will go into production shortly after your order has been processed. Customers can expect to receive their products around 15-30 business days after placing the orders. 

• How Much Should I Pay For Shipping?

 We ship international orders through DHL Express, FedEx (Express Shipping), DHL eCommerce, USPS, YUN Express, 4PX and China Post (Standard Shipping). You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout.

• Production Time?

You can change the order details (change size, color, quantity) or cancel the order within the first 24 hours.

We typically take about 5-14 business days to make and ship out your product, depending on the type of product.

The detailed time frame for production correspondence with the products group is as below (not including shipping time):

• • Printed apparel (regular/partial printing): 4-5 business days
  • All Over Print apparel (Full Prints/3D Printing): 7-10 business days
  • Homewares and Home decor: 7-10 business days
  • Footwear: 10-12 business days Bags & Handbags: 7-10 business days
  • Phone case, mugs, posters, accessories: 5-7 business days

• Shipping Time?

Standard Shipping takes approximately 2-3 weeks to arrive.

Express Shipping takes 7-10 days.

Once the package is shipped out, it entirely relies on a third party: The Courier.

Each ScotsTee item is handcrafted to order. Tartan is printed and pressed onto our premium fabrics before being cut into individual panels and sewn together by our skilled sewing team.

Once the sewing is finished, the garments must be finished before they can be shipped.

• Trimming - All loose threads on the garment are removed.
• Quality Assurance  - All garments are inspected to ensure they meet our high standards of quality.
• Pressing - To ensure that the finished product is of the highest quality, all garments are pressed using an industrial steam press.
• Bagging - The garments are then folded, bagged, counted, and ready for shipment.
